MAINTENANCE (ALL BUILDINGS):
New Locks for all buildings in following sequence ASAP (Val to coordinate Lew's work on this):
1. 444-3rd floor - Done
2. 125 - 2 exterior - Oct 11
3. 101-4th floor -
4. 444-4th floor
5. 444-1st flr/101-1st @ corridor
6. 444-2nd floor
7. 101-3rd floor
8. 101-2nd floor 

Get Acme quote on adding key pads for all floors at 101/444 and electronic strike at 444-2nd floor.

MAINTENANCE @ 444 : 
1. Elevator floor to be redone -- Val to handle. Timing next 2 weeks. 
2. 444-3rd floor HVAC - Nick to assess and recommend. Val handles. Timing immediate.

MAINTENANCE @ 125:
1. replace light bulbs in garden level --- Bill to recommend type. Timing within next 2 weeks.
2. replace 4 skylight "windows" with clear plea. Timing within next 6 months.

REFUSE SUMMARY/RATES (Val and Bob working on this):
We currently have a 4 yd bin for trash, a similar size bin for recycling and 3 64 gallon carts for organics/compostables.  We need to shift to the right size containers right away to make sure we aren't paying too much.  I was told today that we are picking up organics 5 days/week which would mean the charge would be $1,118.34/month which would be way too much (based on 3 x $372.78/month for 5 day per week pick up).
